"Mechanic work was just okay"
The bike runs fine now, so no major complaints there. For some reason, though, the adjustment felt a bit rushed, like they didn’t really take their time with it. It’s okay overall, just not the best experience.

I wasnt expecting much, but their videos really did help me figure out what I was doing with my bike. Learned a ton while fixing it and saved myself a trip to the shop.

They’ve got a decent selection of bike parts, but a few of the things I was looking for were out of stock. The site itself is okay and easy enough to use, I just wish the availability was a bit more reliable.

I’ve used Worldwide Cyclery a couple times now , and overall they seem solid . The bike parts I ordered showed up without any issues and the packaging was decent enough . I wouldn’t say their prices are always the lowest , and one email took a bit longer to get a reply than I hoped . But nothing felt sketchy or anything . Just kind of feels like a normal shop where the service can be a little hit or miss sometimes .

I first came across Worldwide Cyclery through their videos and posts, the community around them is a big part of why I keep paying attention. They answer real questions, have a good sense of humor, and never make you feel silly for asking basic bike stuff. It comes across way more like riders helping other riders than just another online shop trying to sell you something. Personally, I think they’ve earned the 5 stars.

"Annoyingly helpful bike shop"
I found Worldwide Cyclery through their videos, it’s kind of their fault I trusted them so fast. Their advice was clear, the videos actually helped, and the website was easy to use. I’m annoyed at how simple they made everything, but yeah, I’m happy with the experience.

I’ve grabbed a few bike parts from Worldwide Cyclery and overall I’ve been happy with the prices. Some things have been cheaper than my local shop, others are about the same, but the selection is solid and shipping makes it worth it for me. It’s not like every order is some crazy bargain, but most of the time I feel like I got a fair deal

I had a few questions about putting a new drivetrain on my trail bike, and the crew at Worldwide Cyclery was actually really helpful.
They didn’t just repeat the product specs or try to upsell me. They walked me through what would actually work with my setup and what probably wasn’t worth spending extra money on. It felt like talking to people who ride and wrench on bikes themselves.
My order showed up with no issues, but the tech advice was the part that stood out most. I’d definitely go back for that alone.

I think I reached out sometime last week, or maybe the week before, because I wasn’t sure if the part would actually fit my bike. They checked it for me and pointed me to the right one instead of just letting me guess. Definitely saved me from ordering the wrong thing. Super easy and genuinely helpful.

I’ve bought a few bike parts from Worldwide Cyclery now, it’s been a really easy experience each time. The site was simple to use, shipping was quicker than I expected, and everything showed up packed well with “no issues” at all.
I’d definitely order from them again. Their prices seem fair, and it’s nice that they actually have stuff “in stock” when you need it, which isn’t always the case with bike parts these days.

The whole experience was smooth. I had to do a return, and it ended up being way easier than I expected. Their warranty support was also better than I thought it would be — they replied to my emails quickly and helped get everything sorted without much hassle.
